The Halen International Programme is included with treatment for patients travelling from outside the country.

Visa & documentation

We prepare invitation letters, visa support documents, and medical reports for embassies and consulates in your country.

Airport & ground transfer

A driver meets you at arrivals with a name card. We arrange every transfer between airport, residence, and hospital throughout your stay.

Residence & family stay

Three partner residences within walking distance of the institute — from boutique to family‑size. We arrange the booking and the welcome.

Medical interpreters

Certified medical interpreters in 28 languages at no cost — in person during consultations, on‑call for any moment in between.

Records & insurance

We request your records from any prior provider, translate them when needed, and handle direct billing with international insurers.

Follow‑up at home

After you return, we co‑ordinate with your local physician and offer video follow‑ups, so the care continues across borders.

DAY 0 — BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

We listen, we plan

An international coordinator is assigned to your case. We review your records, suggest the right physician, and prepare a draft itinerary for your approval.

DAY 1 — ARRIVAL

Welcome & first consultation

Airport pickup, transfer to residence, a quiet rest, then a 90‑minute consultation with your lead physician at the institute.

DAYS 2 — 4 — DIAGNOSTICS

Tests, scans, conversations

Imaging, bloodwork, biopsies if needed — all on‑site, often same‑day. Your team meets daily to review findings together.

DAYS 5+ — TREATMENT

Care, in our hands

Surgery, infusion, therapy or a programme — delivered by the team that diagnosed you. We arrange every step of recovery, here.

AFTER YOU LEAVE

Continuity across borders

We send a full summary to your local physician, schedule video follow‑ups, and remain on call to support recovery at home.
